June is Men’s Health Month — and you know that includes mental health! Check in on the guys in your life and offer them a non-judgmental ear. Ask how they’re really doing. This can go a long way in helping them open up about their challenges, hopes, struggles, and feelings.

Happy Pride Month! Being ourselves and existing joyfully can be revolutionary acts for us in the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.

Find ways to celebrate yourself this month. That could be dancing at home to a playlist, sharing Pride posts online, or meeting up with friends after work (just to name a few ideas).

When we embrace our well-being, we tell the world that we have every right to our existence, happiness, and power ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

We recently partnered with Jordan Chiles for #MentalHealthMonth, who shared her personal experiences with mental health. Thank you so much for sharing your incredible story, @jordanchiles:

“After everything I have been through I held it together on the outside, but inside—I was breaking. That’s when I realized I had to be honest with myself about where I was mentally, and that I couldn’t push through alone.

This #MentalHealthMonth I’m partnering with @TakeAction4MH because I want you to know, that you don’t have to wait until you’re at your breaking point to ask for help.

If you’re struggling, check in with yourself. Learn more. Get the support you need. 💚

We want to share our new resource about ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) that we created for the AAPI community — because May is AAPI Heritage Month.

ACEs are stressful or potentially traumatic experiences that happen to us as kids. Abuse, neglect, or a parent struggling with mental health or substance use, for example. Their impacts can last into adulthood.

But we can heal from ACEs!

To learn if you’re affected by ACEs — and how you can heal yourself and the next generation — check out our AAPI-dedicated resources at the link in bio.
